1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AdNexus at adnexus.app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

AdNexus is a Meta Ads intelligence platform that connects to your Meta Ads account via the official Meta Marketing API to provide:

• Real-time campaign performance dashboards
• AI-powered alerts, insights, and recommendations
• Creative intelligence and audience analytics
• Automated report generation
• Competitor intelligence tools
• Budget optimization recommendations

3. Account Registration

To use AdNexus, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@adnexus.app
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Meta Ads Integration

When you connect your Meta Ads account:

• You authorize AdNexus to access your Meta Ads data in read-only mode via the Meta Marketing API
• You confirm you have the legal right to access the Meta Ads accounts you connect
• You understand we do not create, modify, pause, or delete any of your ads
• You can revoke access at any time via your Meta Business Settings or AdNexus account settings
• You agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Advertising Policies

5. Subscription and Payments

AdNexus offers paid subscription plans billed monthly:

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment. See our full Refund Policy for details. No refunds are issued for renewals or partial months.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use AdNexus for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
• Share your account credentials with others outside your authorized team
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from AdNexus
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use AdNexus to violate Meta's Terms of Service or Advertising Policies

8. Intellectual Property

AdNexus and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AdNexus and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written permission. Your Meta Ads data remains your property at all times.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AdNexus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI recommendations will result in improved ad performance. All insights and recommendations are for informational purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdNexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or ad spend based on our recommendations.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use AdNexus ceases immediately and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of AdNexus after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
