If you subscribe to any AdNexus paid plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
To request a refund within the 7-day window, simply email us at support@adnexus.app with your registered email address and reason for the refund (optional). We'll process it within 5–7 business days.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your AdNexus account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to AdNexus until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in the current billing period.
If you experience a technical issue that significantly prevented you from using AdNexus during your subscription period, contact us and we will review your case individually. We aim to be fair and reasonable in all circumstances.
