Data Deletion

You have the right to delete all your personal data and Meta Ads data from AdNexus at any time. We will process your request within 30 days.

How to Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of your AdNexus account and all associated data in two ways:

Delete from AdNexus Settings
Log in to your AdNexus account → Go to Settings → Account → Click "Delete Account". This will immediately revoke access to your Meta Ads data and schedule all your data for deletion within 30 days.

Email Us Directly
Send an email to privacy@adnexus.app with subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address. We will confirm and process your deletion within 30 days.

Revoke Meta Access Only
If you only want to disconnect your Meta Ads account without deleting AdNexus data: Go to Facebook Business Settings → Apps and Websites → Find AdNexus → Remove Access.

Meta Platform Data Deletion

In compliance with Meta's Platform Terms, we also support Meta's data deletion callback. If you remove AdNexus from your Facebook Apps and Websites settings, Meta will notify us and we will automatically delete all data associated with your Facebook account within 30 days.

Confirmation

After your deletion request is processed, we will send a confirmation email to your registered email address. The confirmation will include a deletion reference number and the date your data was fully removed.
